IN THIS LESSON

In today’s class, we’ll closely examine some foundational yoga poses - from a simple Mountain pose to our downward-facing dog and beyond.

We’ll take our time in each pose and look at simple modifications you can apply at home, and how to use props and blocks to support us as we develop in our practice.

The class will end with a run through of our first Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskar A, and a short standing meditation.

Equipment needed: Yoga Mat, Blocks, Straps.
